These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the AI trading assistant provided under the Cloned Trader brand (the “Service”).

1. Nature of the Service

The Service is a software tool based on artificial intelligence that connects to the client’s own trading account to assist with opening, managing and closing trades, and with basic accounting and reporting. The Service does not constitute investment advice, portfolio management or any regulated financial service. All trading decisions and the use of the tool remain under the sole responsibility of the client.

2. No custody of client funds

We do not hold, receive or safeguard client money or assets at any time. The client trades through their own broker or exchange account, opened in their own name. The Service only connects to that account for execution and monitoring purposes as configured by the client.

3. Account access and credentials

To enable the AI assistant, the client provides the details required by their broker or exchange (such as account number, server and password or API keys) so that the Service can connect to the trading account. The client is responsible for:

• Keeping all login data, passwords and API keys secure and confidential;
• Ensuring that the use of the Service complies with the terms of their broker or exchange;
• Monitoring the activity on their account on a regular basis.

4. No guarantee of results

Trading in Forex, cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments involves a high level of risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The AI assistant does not guarantee profits or protect against losses. The client accepts full responsibility for any profit or loss generated in their account.

5. Fees

The commercial model of the Service is based on:

• Server fee: a fixed fee of 15 € per month to cover infrastructure and server costs. This fee is due regardless of trading results.
  
  
• Performance fee: a success fee equal to 40% of the net trading profits generated by the AI assistant on the client’s account in each calendar month. This fee is payable monthly by the client. If in a given month there is no net profit, no performance fee is charged for that month.
  
  

The profit calculation is reset on the 1st day of each month. It is the client’s responsibility to pay any performance fee due in a timely manner.

6. Client responsibilities

The client is solely responsible for:

• Selecting their broker or exchange and opening the trading account in their own name;
• Deciding the level of risk, instruments traded and capital allocation;
• Paying all applicable fees, taxes and charges related to their trading activity and to the Service;
• Ensuring that the use of the Service is lawful in their country of residence.
